Custom-Made Products

Due to the custom nature of our blinds and curtains manufacturing, all products are made specifically to your measurements and specifications. Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Once you approve the specifications and measurements for your custom window treatments, the order proceeds to manufacturing. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or that does not match the specifications you approved, please contact Authenticextraor immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

To report a defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.

Measurement Errors

If we took measurements on-site and there is an error in our measurements that results in products that do not fit properly, we will correct the issue at no additional cost to you. However, if you provided measurements that were incorrect, changes will be subject to additional charges.

Color and Material Variations

Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur in custom-made products due to the nature of materials and manufacturing processes. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects. We recommend reviewing material samples before finalizing your order.

Installation Issues

If we handle installation and issues arise due to installation errors on our part, we will rectify the situation at no cost. Please notify us immediately of any installation problems.

Consultation Services

Consultation services are provided on a non-refundable basis once the consultation has been completed. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 10-15 business days. Refunds are only issued for approved claims related to manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
